From Figma to production: weeks became days
Bitvavo's website had no design system anyone could edit. I built one in Figma from the code itself and connected Figma, Hygraph and GitHub, so a page can go from design to the live site in days.
A gift that can't wait to be opened
A small animation that tells people there's something new for them in the Campaign Hub, without getting in their way. I researched it, animated it in Rive and coded it into the app.
A carousel to show more of Bitvavo
One of several new components I designed for the website: a carousel of one to six images that anyone can set up from Hygraph.

World Cup campaigns for two national teams
The World Cup campaigns for the Dutch and German teams: I helped shape the promotion and designed the campaign in the app, the landing pages and the components behind them.

Verbos
A Spanish verbs web app for English speakers: conjugations, tenses, lessons and a little game. A side project I design and build myself, for fun and to learn.
Vavo Academy: making crypto learning easy
A place to learn crypto step by step, with an AI tutor you can trust. Imagined, designed and prototyped in a couple of days at the company hackathon, where we won second place.

Bringing Buy Now to a world of auctions
A fixed price that lives next to the auction, a smart price suggestion for sellers, and the door that finally put Catawiki on Google Shopping.

One address form for every country
Packages were getting stuck because our address form didn't speak every country's language. We listened, tested and rebuilt it, and label errors almost disappeared.

Making pet insurance clear enough to buy
People wanted to protect their pets, but the coverages were hard to understand. We made them clear, and sales followed.

Qualidad: a printing company that finally looks the part
A new website for a large-format printing company. From personas and a competitor benchmark to a full visual system, it's one of my favorite UI projects.

Making car insurance easy to compare and buy
Three years with the Autocompara team, redesigning Santander's car insurance comparison site from the journey to the copy. Digital sales more than doubled.

The card with nothing printed on it
The flows to offer, request and use a credit card with nothing printed on it. The pilot cards ran out in a couple of weeks, and it launched nationwide.
A racing game that sold car insurance
Santander sponsored Formula 1 in Mexico, so we made a racing game: buy your car insurance, get a code, play, and win tickets to the Grand Prix.

Antorcha: bringing people together through sport
A social sports app that helps people find a sport they love, invite their friends and keep the flame going. It won three awards in its first year.

The Jalisco Philharmonic in your pocket
One of my favorite projects: the app of the Jalisco Philharmonic Orchestra, to watch live concerts, buy tickets, listen to their music and follow their program.
